PANORAMA ELECTRONICS successfully implemented an Intelligent IP-Based CCTV Surveillance System across 10 correctional homes under the Department of Correctional Administration, West Bengal. The project focused on strengthening prison security, centralized monitoring, perimeter protection, and operational control through advanced surveillance infrastructure and ANPR integration.
The project included design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, integration, and maintenance of 560+ IP-based CCTV cameras across multiple correctional facilities in West Bengal. The solution also featured centralized monitoring, intelligent video recording, ANPR-based vehicle tracking, secure video transmission, and scalable surveillance infrastructure with long-term maintenance support.
The surveillance deployment significantly enhanced institutional security, incident response capability, operational transparency, and perimeter monitoring across correctional facilities. Through centralized monitoring and intelligent surveillance technologies, the project improved inmate, staff, and visitor safety while supporting efficient correctional administration and long-term infrastructure security.
